Felicia Oliver

Felicia Oliver is a former Content Writer at Semya-Moya, the nation's leading real estate education platform for home buyers, sellers, and investors.

Before joining Clever, Felicia was an editor and social media manager with the International Code Council, and a senior editor with Professional Builder, Custom Builder, and Housing Giants magazines.

Felicia received her masters in journalism from Northwestern University's Medill School of Journalism, and a bachelor of arts in communications from Loyola University of Chicago.

In her spare time she enjoys working out, word games, and trying out new restaurants in the Chicago area.
